We have zero revenues but $ 3000 of expenses so far with no investors yet.

Answer by JeffUsually just like any other tax return unless the corporation has filed for a physical year status. some corporations have their tax year start in different months than Jan.

so if the corporation was formed in 2006, you'd file a 2006 tax return for that corp.
